Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes apply immediately and billing is prorated for the current cycle.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment, including Enterprise unless you request annual billing for a discount.
What happens if I go over my plan's limits?
We'll notify you before you hit a limit. Free and Starter accounts simply pause new contacts/listings until you upgrade — nothing is ever deleted.
Do verified badges cost extra?
No. GST verification is free on every plan, including Free and Starter — it's core to how IndiaUnbox builds trust, not a paid add-on.
