We regularly work with REACH (EU), CPSIA (US children's products) and ISPM 15 (wooden packaging), and with suppliers certified to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. Testing is coordinated with accredited labs.

Yes. We do not work with ivory, tortoiseshell or any CITES-restricted materials. Horn and bone products are sourced only as by-products, with origin documented.

Our AI-assisted tools help us discover candidates; then a member of our team verifies each supplier's registration, export credentials and capability before it is shown to any buyer. Factory audits add an on-site check before you commit.

Fees are transparent and milestone-based: you pay as we deliver defined stages — for example shortlist delivered, samples approved, PO placed, inspection passed, goods delivered. You'll get a written fee schedule with your proposal before any work begins.
