    Sampling

    We brief the shortlisted factories, chase sample development on the ground, review samples against your spec before dispatch and courier them to you — typically within 7–14 days.

    Factory audit

    Before you commit, our cluster team visits the factory: production capacity, quality-control systems, social and ethical compliance, and certifications such as ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.

    Negotiation & PO

    We negotiate price, MOQ, payment terms and lead times with local market knowledge, then issue a purchase order with your specification, quality standards and inspection criteria written in.

    Production monitoring

    Our team tracks raw-material sourcing, first-piece approval and in-line production, flagging issues early. Typical production runs 6–12 weeks from PO to dispatch.

    QC inspection

    Before goods leave the factory, we inspect a statistically valid sample against your spec using AQL 2.5 for major and 4.0 for minor defects — dimensions, finish, function, labelling and packing.

    Compliance & lab testing

    We coordinate testing with accredited labs for your destination market — REACH for the EU, CPSIA for US children's products, ISPM 15 for wooden packaging — and keep the paperwork audit-ready.

    Logistics & customs

    We consolidate cargo, book freight and handle export customs through Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Chennai, Vizag or Tuticorin — with commercial invoice, packing list and certificates prepared correctly the first time.

    Doorstep delivery

Delivered to your door with import duties and clearance handled.
