Common questions

AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit) defines how many defects are acceptable in a random sample. We typically use 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects, and can apply stricter levels if your product requires it.

We document the defects, agree rework with the factory and re-inspect before the goods are released. Goods don't ship on a failed inspection without your approval.
