How to book

Call types (choose one)
- Discovery (20 min) – sanity-check feasibility, MOQs, clusters, and rough timelines.
- RFQ/SKU Review (40 min) – walk through your spec, finish/pack, and should-cost levers.
- Project Planning (45 min) – map your PO → QA → FOB→DDP path with buffers and inspections.
- Quality/Compliance Consult (30 min) – AQL, defect glossary, and test plan by destination.
Bring this (checklist)
- Product photos/drawings + overall dimensions
- Material & finish (e.g., brass antique, cotton print, stoneware glaze)
- Quantity & cadence (launch qty, re-order plan)
- Target ship week and destination city/port
- Packaging & labeling needs (barcode, FSC, gift box, Amazon prep)
- Compliance flags (food-contact, kids, FR, REACH/Prop-65, FSC/GOTS)
- If HORECA/Contract: property count, opening window, PAR levels/peak covers
- If Private Label: brand deck, price band, channel (retail/online)
What you’ll leave with
- A clear action plan (samples → approvals → QA gates → shipment).
- A realistic lead-time window and cost drivers to watch.
- Links to the exact templates you’ll need (RFQ pack, AQL, packaging, Incoterms, docs & HS).
Who you’ll meet
A Category Project Manager (metalware/wood/textiles/ceramics/glass/packaging) and, when needed, a QA & Compliance lead who sets your AQL and test matrix.

Rescheduling & no-shows
Your confirmation email includes a reschedule/cancel link. Missed calls can be rebooked at the next available slot.

Calls are in English. If you prefer another language, include it in the form—written follow-ups can include translated summaries.
