How to book

  • Pick a slot on the calendar widget (auto-detects your time zone).
  • Fill the brief so we prep properly (see checklist below).

  • Sharing files? Upload via the form (drawings, photos, pack specs) or send a Drive/Dropbox link.

Calls are on Google Meet or Zoom. If you need another platform, note it in the form.

Call types (choose one)

  1. Discovery (20 min) – sanity-check feasibility, MOQs, clusters, and rough timelines.
  2. RFQ/SKU Review (40 min) – walk through your spec, finish/pack, and should-cost levers.
  3. Project Planning (45 min) – map your PO → QA → FOB→DDP path with buffers and inspections.
  4. Quality/Compliance Consult (30 min) – AQL, defect glossary, and test plan by destination.

Bring this (checklist)

  • Product photos/drawings + overall dimensions
  • Material & finish (e.g., brass antique, cotton print, stoneware glaze)
  • Quantity & cadence (launch qty, re-order plan)
  • Target ship week and destination city/port
  • Packaging & labeling needs (barcode, FSC, gift box, Amazon prep)
  • Compliance flags (food-contact, kids, FR, REACH/Prop-65, FSC/GOTS)
  • If HORECA/Contract: property count, opening window, PAR levels/peak covers
  • If Private Label: brand deck, price band, channel (retail/online)

What you’ll leave with

  • A clear action plan (samples → approvals → QA gates → shipment).
  • A realistic lead-time window and cost drivers to watch.
  • Links to the exact templates you’ll need (RFQ pack, AQL, packaging, Incoterms, docs & HS).

Who you’ll meet

A Category Project Manager (metalware/wood/textiles/ceramics/glass/packaging) and, when needed, a QA & Compliance lead who sets your AQL and test matrix.

We treat briefs and artwork as confidential and do not circulate outside your project team. Need an NDA? We have a one-page mutual NDA ready—request it in the form.

Rescheduling & no-shows

Your confirmation email includes a reschedule/cancel link. Missed calls can be rebooked at the next available slot.

Accessibility & languages

Calls are in English. If you prefer another language, include it in the form—written follow-ups can include translated summaries.
