IndiaUnbox Quality & AQL Templates

Make quality measurable and consistent.
These templates plug directly into your RFQ → sampling → production → inspections flow so everyone (factory, inspector, buyer) follows the same playbook.

What’s inside (use on every PO)

• AQL Calculator (General Level II defaults) → sample size & accept numbers for Major (2.5) and Minor (4.0); Critical defaults to 0.
  
• PSI Report Template → auto PASS/FAIL based on counted defects vs acceptance; includes photo links, packaging checks, and notes.
  
• DUPRO Checklist → in-process controls (materials, first article, finish control, rework protocol, packaging readiness).
  
• Measurement Sheet → spec, tolerance, auto deviation & PASS/FAIL for each measured sample.
  
• Packaging Checks → ECT/BCT, barcodes, ship marks, ISPM-15 pallets.
  
• Defect Glossary (category-wise) → consistent Critical/Major/Minor examples for Moradabad metalware, Jodhpur wood, textiles, ceramics/glass, and packaging.
  
• CAPA Form → non-conformance triage, 5-Whys root cause, corrective action, owner & verification.
  
• Golden Sample Approval → seal ID, tone reference, and packaging approval in one sheet.

• Inspector Toolkit → instruments list to avoid “we didn’t have the right gauge” moments.
  

Default AQL (paste into your POs)

• Sampling: ANSI Z1.4, General Level II
  
• AQLs: Critical 0 (reject on 1), Major 2.5, Minor 4.0
  
• Tighten AQL for premium SKUs or safety-critical items (e.g., Ceramics rim chip = Critical).
  

How to use (quick flow)

1. Open AQL_Calculator → set Lot Size.
   
2. Pick the row index that matches your lot range in the AQL_Tables (pre-filled common ranges).
   
3. The Sample Size and Accept numbers auto-fill.
   
4. In PSI_Report, enter your defect counts (Critical/Major/Minor) → Result auto-calculates PASS/FAIL.
   
5. Log dimensional checks in Measurement_Sheet and pack checks in Packaging_Checks.
   
6. If FAIL or Conditional PASS, raise a CAPA_Form and re-inspect the reworked lot.
