A directory gives you names; an agent typically handles introductions and negotiation. We stay accountable across the entire chain — including inspection, compliance and delivery — with milestone-based fees and documented checks at every stage.

Typically 200–1,000 units, depending on the category, materials and level of customisation. We'll tell you what's realistic for your product before you commit.

Samples typically take 7–14 days once the brief is locked. Production typically runs 6–12 weeks from purchase order to dispatch, depending on category and order size.

No. Our team checks every RFQ before it goes live. Visitors see only its category and destination region; logged-in suppliers see the requirement under your buyer code (IU-B-…). Your name and contact details stay with IndiaUnbox, and messages run only through our team.
