This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage indiaunbox.com uses, why, and how to control them. We keep it short because we use very few.
Strictly necessary
Login: if you have an account, your browser stores a sign-in token (from our database provider, Supabase) so you stay logged in. It is removed when you log out.
Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie or use browser storage when a form shows the “not a robot” check, to tell people from bots.
Site preferences: we keep small items in your browser's local or session storage — your cookie choice, whether you closed the announcement bar, the chat assistant's conversation for this visit, and which campaign brought you here (UTM tags, kept for this visit only) so we can tell which adverts work. These are not shared with third parties.
Analytics and advertising (only with your consent)
If analytics are switched on for this site, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags measure visits and conversions. In the UK, EU and similar regions they stay in “denied” mode until you accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser; the banner then appears again.
Controlling cookies
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking strictly necessary storage may stop login or forms from working.
