No. On every plan, buyers and suppliers see each other only as codes. Names, phones and emails stay with the IndiaUnbox team, who handle introductions, samples, contracts and delivery. Paid plans add more help from our team and open with the platform; early-access members get launch pricing.

It keeps fake accounts off IndiaUnbox. Buyers verify before posting their first RFQ and suppliers before sending their first quote: we text a 6-digit code, you type it in, and that's it. Your number stays private — only you and the IndiaUnbox team can see it.

People on the IndiaUnbox team. Every RFQ is reviewed before it goes live, and every supplier is checked (GST, IEC, manufacturer status, factory visit) before it is listed as Verified. AI will draft these checks; a person always approves.

Yes, once you log in: search by product, certification or supplier code, and filter by category and cluster. Visitors can filter by category and cluster only. AI supplier discovery launches with the platform.

No. Our team checks every RFQ before it goes live. Visitors see only its category and destination region; logged-in suppliers see the requirement under your buyer code (IU-B-…). Your name and contact details stay with IndiaUnbox, and messages run only through our team.
